  • UnitedHealthcare Rewards (UHC Rewards) is a program where employees and their spouses may earn rewards for reaching certain program goals and completing one-time activities.
  • Care Cash® helps employees pay toward cost-sharing for certain eligible network health care expenses and encourages them to use quality care. This preloaded debit card can be used for UnitedHealth Premium® provider visits as well as network primary care provider visits, 24/7 Virtual Visits, urgent care visits and outpatient behavioral health visits. Care Cash is only available with select plans. Program availability excludes health account deposits (HRA, HSA). Speak with your plan representative to confirm availability with your health plan option.

Frequently asked questions

How many employees do I need to have in order to qualify for small group insurance?

Generally, you must have between 2 and 50 full-time equivalent employees, which is defined as one who is working 30 or more hours per week on average. Your part-time employees’ hours will contribute to the required full time equivalent. This could change depending on specific state regulations, so please contact one of our representatives to discuss this in further detail.
